I've been blessed to hold many retreats over the years to both men and women, travelled to the shores of long-tides in Broome, Australia, all the way to the 'ganga' - the Ganges - in India. We've walked the beautiful Karri Forrest in Margaret River, to the Heart Centre of Australia, Uluru, and right up to the North Bali in Tejakula, chasing waterfalls and relaxing.

Since 2014, I've held local day retreats in Perth, Australia, weekend getaways, as well as interstate or international retreats, spanning from 5 days - 14 days.

They say a trip is not about the destination, its about the journey, right? And for my guests and I, this is the truth - though I do love sharing amazing destinations, in right relationship, and integrity.

These are carefully curated, smallish retreats, mixing culture, connection with the local people, often yoga and meditation, or other ways to reset the nervous system, great food and accomodation.

2026 has seen a once in a lifetime journey to Uluru with Seven Sisters, in attendance, where the story of the Seven Sisters is prevalent to local indigenous women.

2027 will see a journey to the Bosnian pyramids - which also has a connection to the Seven Sisters story, as well as a revisit to Uluru, both for only Seven Sisters.

Somewhere along the way, I have from time to time been asked to hold 1:1 retreat, so naturally, this justifies it's own section.

With my background, and studies since 2010 in assisted conscious dying, I do offer 'bucket-list' experiences for those facing end of life transistions.

This is an opportunity to both tick something off on your bucket list, and to be held emotionally, and spiritually whilst you move through this threshold with acceptance, peace, and enjoyment.
