Out of winter, we emerge from the cocoon.

The season of introspection, dreaming and quiet transformation gives way to the first stirrings of spring. As women, we move from the wisdom of the Crone towards the vitality of the Maiden, carrying with us all that winter has quietly nurtured. The seeds planted in stillness begin to awaken, and with them, our own readiness to grow, connect and stretch our wings once more.

For many, 2026 has brought unexpected change, challenge and periods of solitude. This retreat offers a gentle threshold into the new season and an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and remember what it feels like to belong within a circle of women held in acceptance, warmth and wholehearted presence.

A Weekend of Rest, Connection & Renewal

Held just before the Spring Equinox, this intimate gathering has been intentionally designed for a small group of women.

Together we will enjoy a spacious weekend of connection, rest and gentle practice, including:

• Morning yoga and meditation

• Group circles and meaningful conversation

• Time to wander the beautiful retreat grounds

• Bush walks and connection with nature

• Pool or river swims (weather and desire permitting)

• Afternoon yin yoga and meditation

• Agnihotra (weather and conditions permitting)

• Cacao ceremony and intention setting for the season ahead

• Plenty of quiet moments simply to rest, read, reflect or connect with others

Nestled in the peaceful bushland of Roleystone, Cocoon Retreat offers a beautiful sanctuary just outside Perth. Surrounded by the elements of earth, air, fire and water, it provides the perfect setting to gently transition from winter into spring
